About the Speaker: Olivia Najjar, RDN Intern, UNC
Olivia Najjar is attending the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill pursuing both Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Master of Public Health credentials. Olivia is completing an internship at the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County and is passionate about the science of how food affects the body, condition-specific dietary needs, and unraveling diet culture. She has worked in functional nutrition settings and health technology researching diet therapies for certain conditions.
