This week is National Farmworker Awareness Week in the United States.

It is an opportunity to honor the contributions of food and farm workers, and to raise awareness of the challenges they face. The past year has brought the vital role of food and farm workers to the forefront, and consumers have a responsibility to support those who work to put food on everyone’s tables.
