We launched Third Window Brewing in 2016 in homage to the Trappist tradition of beer-making, with a vision for creating beers that represent the unique ‘terroir’ of Santa Barbara – from sage foraged out of our foothills to navel oranges harvested from our neighbors’ back yard.
Our enthusiasm for delicious, well-crafted beer has expanded and evolved to include other classic styles such as kolsch, pilsner, wit, and the latest IPAs all made with local ingredients that represent the very best of Santa Barbara.
